2008-2009 Registration and Tuition Information

Heritage Christian School is a private, non-tax supported school. Income is received through tuition, registration, and gifts.

New Student Testing Fee:  $30 (for testing/screening of students new to HCS.  The fee is non-refundable and must accompany Application for Admission).

Registration Fee: an annual fee that covers the costs of registration, record keeping, and essential classroom supplies.  Registration fee must accompany Applications for Admission.  Registration fees are non-refundable unless the student is not accepted for enrollment at HCS.

Tuition:  based on a ten-month schedule (Sept. - June).  There is no refund for absences or for days when the school is unable to operate due to weather, etc.  All previous tuition account must be paid in full before student may begin a new school year at HCS.  Report cards will be withheld for unpaid fees, fines, or tuition.

Scholarships and Discounts:  Instead of offering scholarships to a few students, Heritage chooses to keep tuition low for all families.  Additional discounts are given to those who are currently pastoring a local church and to parents who have children enrolled in a Christian high school.  Please call our office for more information on these discounts.

Enrolling Procedure: 

We encourage parents to visit the classrooms before deciding to enroll their children.

1.  To enroll in HCS, click here, or call our school office for all necessary forms.  Complete and return the Application for Admission, Health, and New Student forms. 

2.  One check for testing fee and one check for the registration fee must accompany the forms.  The registration check will be returned to you if your child is not accepted at Heritage for any reason.

2.  After we receive completed forms, the school principal will schedule an interview with all new parents. An appointment for evaluation and placement testing will be scheduled for new students.

    ***There is a $30 non-refundable fee for evaluation and testing for K-8th grade.*** 

    *** All students offered enrollment will be on probationary status for six weeks.***

There are no discounts or refunds given for absences or days the school is unable to operate due to weather or other circumstances. Report cards will be withheld from students who owe fines or any family whose account is delinquent.
